Cost Submission definition

Cost Submission has the meaning given in Section 9.16(b).
Cost Submission means the Report required from the Recipient to obtain Funds. The elements of a Cost Submission are identified in Schedule “C”.

Examples of Cost Submission in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that each West Lake Deficit Cost Submission shall include a completed West Lake Deficit Cost Submission Form attached as Exhibit 8, accompanied by a completed form of Exhibit 6 certified by NICTD.
