Cost Recovery Risks definition
Cost Recovery Risks means the risks of the possible disallowance, disapproval, or denial of recovery by the City Council and/or other Governmental Authorities of ENOI costs incurred in connection with a PPA arising out of this RFP, as further described in Section 2.5 of the Main Body.
Cost Recovery Risks means the risks of the possible disallowance, disapproval, or denial of recovery by the LPSC and/or other Governmental Authorities of ELL costs incurred in connection with a PPA arising out of this RFP, as further described in Section 2.5 of the Main Body. “CP Node” mean commercial pricing node.
