Examples of Cost Quotation in a sentence

  • If the Tenant Improvement Allowance exceeds the Final Cost Quotation, then the Excess Tenant Improvements Cost shall be zero.

  • Landlord and Tenant shall make progress payments on a pro rata basis (in the proportion that the Tenant Improvement Allowance paid by Landlord and the Excess Tenant Improvements Cost paid by Tenant, if any, bear to the Final Cost Quotation) from time to time as the Tenant Improvements are constructed in the Premises.

  • Subject to Section 4.B, Applicant shall pay all fees and charges described on the most recent Estimated Cost Quotation (Exhibit A) to achieve Applicant’s initial certification, and all fees and charges for subsequent surveillance and re-certification audits and management fees at CIRQ’s standard rates then in effect.

  • If the Final Cost Quotation is greater than the Tenant Improvement Allowance, Tenant shall be responsible for the difference between the Tenant Improvement Allowance and the Final Cost Quotation (the “Excess Tenant Improvements Cost”).

  • The Final Cost Quotation shall separately itemize all costs to complete the improvements described on Exhibit B-1 hereto.

  • The Estimated Cost Quotation provides only CIRQ’s reasonable estimation, based on several factors, of the number of auditor days that will be required to conduct and complete the audit.

  • If the Cost Quotation exceeds the Improvement Allowance, Tenant will be responsible for paying the cost by which the Cost Quotation exceeds the Improvement Allowance (“Excess Costs”) (or Tenant shall revise the Construction Drawings and Specifications (subject to Landlord’s approval as set forth above), so that the Cost Quotation is either (i) no more than the Improvement Allowance, or (ii) in excess of the Improvement Allowance by an amount of Excess Costs that Tenant agrees in writing to pay).

  • After approval of the Construction Documents and the Cost Quotation, Tenant shall cause the Contractor to use its diligent efforts to Substantially Complete (as defined below) the Tenant Improvements.

  • After Tenant's receipt of the Cost Quotation, Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Cost Quotation in writing to the Contractor and Landlord.

  • If Tenant rejects the Final Cost Quotation, Tenant shall meet with Landlord, the Space Planner and Landlord's contractor within two (2) business days to make revisions.
