Cost Matrix definition

Cost Matrix means the Microsoft Excel file "Cost Matrix.xls" cost matrix, an extract of which as at the Execution Date is set out in Part 2 of Schedule 17 (Cost Model), prepared by the Contractor and to be kept in safe custody pursuant to the Custody Agreement, as updated from time to time with the approval of the Authority in accordance with Clause 8 (Custody of the Financial Model and Cost Model);

  • The Construction Overhead Costs are inclusive of all direct and incidental expenses including but not limited to toll telephone calls, facsimile charges, postage and use of courier services, photocopying and reproduction expenses, travel costs, sustenance, reproduction, salaries, wages, and field office expenses, based upon Actual Cost not exceeding, in the aggregate, the amounts for construction overhead items shown on the completed Project Cost Matrix in Exhibit E.
