COSPA definition

COSPA means the Crude Oil Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to the Etame block entered into between the Purchaser, the Etame Co-Venturers, the Seller, Tullow Oil Gabon SA and ExxonMobil Sales and Supply LLC, dated 20 December 2019, as amended and novated from time to time;

Examples of COSPA in a sentence

  • Should the school district request to extend this seven (7) day limit, COSPA union leadership shall be consulted as to the scope and purpose of the need and may agree to increase the seven (7) day limit by an amount mutually agreed upon by the COSPA union and administration.

  • A COSPA bargaining unit member may donate up to 5 (five) days of sick leave for use by another COSPA bargaining unit member in accordance with this paragraph.
