Cosmetics Division includes without limitation Cepillos.
Cosmetics Division means the tangible and intangible assets directly employed by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico and France in the manufacture, sale and distribution of cosmetic packaging products consisting of accounts and inventory of the Borrower with a net book value of less than $8,500,000, equipment of the Borrower with a net book value of less than $1,400,000 (located at plant C in Morristown, Tennessee and the Frontier facility in Illinois), equipment of ▇▇▇▇ Bonneval SARL with a net book value of less than $500,000, equipment of the Borrower located in Mexico and all of the capital Stock and assets of the Cepillos de ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.▇. de C.V.
