COSHH Register definition

COSHH Register means a register setting out the activities of the Company in respect of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health in order to comply with Legislation and the best practice recommendations of the HSE; Cut-Off Date means the date which is ten (10) days after the Date of this Agreement; Date of this Agreement means the last date of execution of this Agreement; Deemed New Contract means an agreement on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement, as at the Termination Date, but with the following amendments:
COSHH Register means a register of any substances within the New Project Facilities which are governed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 (as amended);
COSHH Register means any register required to be maintained to comply with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (as amended);

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
