Calpine Operating Services Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("COSCI"), is party to (1) that certain Master Operation and Maintenance Agreement dated as of March 23, 2004, and (2) that certain Master Maintenance Services Agreement dated as of March 23, 2004, each by and between COSCI, CGC and the Facility Owners.
