Each Party agrees to use Confidential Information received from any JV Entity only in connection with its investment in the Joint Venture and the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, and for no other purpose, except as otherwise expressly permitted by the Transaction Documents or agreed between Cosan and Shell and the relevant JV Entity.
