Corvest means Corvest 2 (Pty) Limited a company duly registered and incorporated according to the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa under company number 1993/001997/07;

  • Corvest acknowledges that management have been conducting the business of the company and are accordingly aware of all facets thereof.

  • Any stamp duty and other costs payable in respect of the transfer of the shares shall be borne and paid for by Corvest.

  • The following are the warranties referred to in clause 7 of the sale of shares agreement between Metallurg Europe Limited and Corvest 2 (Pty) Limited and Metallurg (South Africa) (Pty) Limited ("the agreement") to which these are the warranties.
