Corridor Work definition

Corridor Work means (i) the renovation of the common corridors serving the 23rd Floor Premises to a condition consistent with the common corridor on the 26th floor of the building located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, New York, New York, as such common corridor exists on the date of this Lease (the “250 ▇▇▇▇▇ Corridor”), and in accordance with the finishes set forth on Exhibit GG (which finishes shall be subject to change in Landlord’s discretion prior to Tenant’s submission to Landlord of plans and specifications in respect of the Corridor Work, provided any substitute finishes are of a reasonably comparable quality) and (ii) the demise of the 23rd Floor Premises in accordance with the floor plan of the 23rd Floor Premises set forth on Exhibit B-7.‌‌‌‌
Corridor Work means the common area corridor work currently being performed, recently performed or contemplated to be performed on eight (8) floors within the Building (five (5) of which floors have been completed or are currently under construction and the remaining three (3) floors of which have yet to be commenced). With respect to the five (5) floors which have been completed or are currently under construction, to the extent all five (5) floors have not been fully renovated as of the Close of Escrow, Seller shall have the right to complete such work post-closing, at Seller's expense, and Buyer shall provide Seller with reasonable access and otherwise cooperate with Seller in connection with Seller's efforts to complete the same. With respect to the remaining three (3) floors for which the renovation work has yet to commence, Buyer shall receive a credit against the Purchase Price for the cost to perform the Corridor Work on such three (3) floors (which cost is identified on Exhibit W attached hereto). In connection therewith, as of the Close of Escrow, Buyer shall assume all of Seller's obligations under any construction contracts relating to the completion of the Corridor Work with respect to such remaining three (3) floors.

Examples of Corridor Work in a sentence

  • Any such Tenant’s Elevator Corridor Work shall require Landlord’s prior written consent and otherwise be subject to Tenant’s compliance with the provisions of Section 9 of the Lease.

  • The parties hereby acknowledge that the Corridor Work defined in Section 2(F) and Exhibit A, Sixth Amendment, of the Sixth Amendment, was intentionally not performed; therefore, said Section 2(F) and Exhibit A, Sixth Amendment, are hereby deleted in their entirety and are of no further force and effect.

  • The Corridor Work shall be completed by Landlord in accordance with Building standards.

  • The taking of possession of the Premises by Tenant shall be conclusive evidence as against Tenant that, at the time such possession was so taken, the Premises and the Building (subject to Landlord’s completion of the remaining Landlord’s Work and the Corridor Work (as hereinafter defined)) were in good and satisfactory condition and that Landlord’s Work was substantially completed.

  • To the extent that the Corridor Work is perform by Tenant in accordance with those certain plans prepared by Hooks ASD and dated January 10, 2008, Tenant shall not be obligated upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease to restore any portion of such Corridor Work.

  • Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that, Landlord will have to (i) reconfigure the corridor designated on Schedule 2, attached hereto, and (ii) install a Building standard door in the location designated on Schedule 2, attached hereto, in order to provide proper exiting for the Premises (the work referenced in item (i) and (ii) above shall collectively be referred to herein as the "Corridor Work").

  • In the event Tenant does not receive the necessary governmental approvals and permits for such Corridor Work, then subject to the terms set forth in Section 16 of this Amendment, Tenant’s and Landlord’s rights and obligations under the remaining terms and conditions of the Lease shall be unaffected.

  • Upon receipt of Landlord’s Notice, Tenant shall complete the Corridor Work, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.G. of the Fifth Amendment, within thirty (30) days (“Outside Corridor Work Date”).

  • Tenant’s architect shall be permitted to self-certify the plans and specifications in respect of the Initial Tenant Work (including the Restroom Renovations) and the Corridor Work, provided that Tenant shall use ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates Ltd.

  • MINPROVISE shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement or any part of it with immediate effect should it have reasonable grounds to suspect that this clause has been breached by the Supplier.

Related to Corridor Work

  • Corridor or "Detroit-Chicago corridor" means the area between Detroit and Chicago within which a high speed rail line is to be located. The corridor shall run between the general geographic areas established by the proposal submitted to the commission.

  • Electrical work means the installation, alteration, reconstruction, or repair of electrical wiring.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.
