Corridor Area definition

Corridor Area. The term "Building Core" shall mean (i) public elevator shafts and elevator machines and their enclosing walls; (ii) public stairs and their enclosing walls; (iii) heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning facilities (including pipes, ducts and shafts), and their enclosing walls (other than equipment, mechanical room space or shafts serving such floor which shall be included in the corridor area); (iv) fire towers and fire tower courts and their enclosing walls; and (v) main telephone equipment rooms and main electric switchgear rooms, and their enclosing walls (other than telephone equipment and electric switchgear rooms exclusively serving such floor which shall be included in the corridor area).
Corridor Area. As defined in Exhibit M.
Corridor Area shall include bathrooms, toilets, supply rooms, etc. The Building Core shall be excluded from the term "Corridor Area". The term "Building Core" shall mean (i) public elevator shafts and elevator machines and their enclosing walls; (ii) public stairs and their enclosing walls; (iii) heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning facilities (including pipes, ducts and shafts), and their enclosing walls (other than equipment, mechanical room space or shafts serving such floor which shall be included in the corridor area); (iv) fire towers and fire tower courts and their enclosing walls; and (v) main telephone equipment rooms and main electric switchgear rooms, and their enclosing walls (other than telephone equipment and electric switchgear rooms exclusively serving such floor which shall be included in the corridor area).

  • The City of Rock Hill will also disseminate information and gather input from the neighborhood groups, residents, businesses, and property owners included in the Textile Corridor Area utilizing the City’s Neighborhood Empowerment division to ensure that the resident’s input is incorporated into the planning efforts.

  • PPM makes no representations or warranties concerning the Central Corridor Area.

  • The USPS Property is anticipated to be developed in phases; the development of each of the numbered blocks identified on Exhibit A (Map of Broadway Corridor Area) (each a “Lot”) will occur at different times over an extended period.

  • Within ten (10) days after completion of the Central Corridor Common Area Conversion, Landlord and Tenant shall execute and deliver a mutually satisfactory amendment to this Lease whereby the rentable square footage of the Premises shall be adjusted such that the square footage of the Common Area derived from the Central Corridor Area shall be allocated among the tenants on the 2nd Floor of the Building, pro-rata in accordance with their respective percentages of the square footage of the 2nd Floor.
