Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).
Component Notional Amount Not applicable.
Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates or Component.
Notional Amount With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, an amount used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
Crediting Rate means the notional gains and losses credited on the Participant’s Account balance which are based on the Participant’s choice among the investment alternatives made available by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Plan.
Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.
Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;
Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual percentage rate of finance charges or service charges, as stated in the related Contract.
Prime Lending Rate means the rate which BTCo announces from time to time as its prime lending rate, the Prime Lending Rate to change when and as such prime lending rate changes. The Prime Lending Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate actually charged to any customer. BTCo may make commercial loans or other loans at rates of interest at, above or below the Prime Lending Rate.
Class X Notional Amount As of any date of determination, the sum of the then Component Notional Amounts of all the Components.
Ceiling Rate means, with respect to any Calculation Period, the rate set forth as the “Ceiling Rate” on the attached Schedule I.
Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the REMIC I Regular Interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan outstanding as of the Cut-Off Date, after taking into account all principal and interest payments made or due prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.
Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.
Aggregate Nominal Amount means the aggregate nominal amount of the Securities set out in the relevant Final Terms.
Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.
borrowing rate means the interest rate expressed as a fixed or variable percentage applied on an annual basis to the amount of credit drawn down;
Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").The Issuer may adjust, in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §315 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith (including market interest rates and the interest-rate expectations of the market), the Interest Adjustment Rate, including the Initial Interest Adjustment Rate, on any Scheduled Trading Day within the range (deviation (+) or (-)) specified in the Table for any given Security. The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.
Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.
Applicable Interest Rate means (i) with respect to any Fixed Rate Indebtedness, the fixed interest rate applicable to such Fixed Rate Indebtedness at the time in question, and (ii) with respect to any Floating Rate Indebtedness, either (x) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness is actually capped (or fixed pursuant to an interest rate hedging device), at the time of calculation, if Borrower has entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect thereto or (y) if Borrower has not entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect to such Floating Rate Indebtedness, the greater of (A) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness could be fixed for the remaining term of such Floating Rate Indebtedness, at the time of calculation, by Borrower’s entering into any unsecured interest rate hedging device either not requiring an upfront payment or if requiring an upfront payment, such upfront payment shall be amortized over the term of such device and included in the calculation of the interest rate (or, if such rate is incapable of being fixed by entering into an unsecured interest rate hedging device at the time of calculation, a fixed rate equivalent reasonably determined by Administrative Agent) or (B) the floating rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness at the time in question.
Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.
Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest or one of the REMIC II Regular Interests, as applicable, designated as such in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, any EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, any Class of Class X Certificates or any Class X REMIC III Regular Interest.

Revolving Interest Rate means, with respect to Revolving Advances, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Domestic Rate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Rate, with respect to Domestic Rate Loans, and (b) the lesser of (i) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Eurodollar Rate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Rate, with respect to the Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period. Swap Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.
