Corresponding Provisions has the meaning given to such term in the Granting Clause of the Indenture.

  • The allocations set forth in Subsections 5.2(b)(i), 5.3(a), 5.3(b), 5.3(c), 5.3(d), 5.3(e), 5.3(f) and 5.3(g) and the Corresponding Provisions of the Prior Agreements (the “Regulatory Allocations”) are intended to comply with certain requirements of the Regulations.
