Corresponding Issuance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b)(ii)(B).
Examples of Corresponding Issuance in a sentence
For purposes of this subsection, the “Sliding Look Back Portion” means a number of Financing Securities determined by multiplying (a) the Look Back Portion by (b) the quotient obtained by dividing (1) the total number of days between (and including) (x) the date of exercise of Pinnacle’s right to purchase the Sliding Look Back Portion (as calculated as the total number of days since the Corresponding Issuance) and (y) the Third Anniversary, by (2) 730.
