Correspondence List definition
Correspondence List means a listing of items of a routine nature received by Council requiring no further action or discussion unless requested by Council, CAO or Department Head.

Correspondence means any written and/or electronic communication exchanged between two or more parties;
Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.
Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating phar- macy, that provides centralized prescription filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.
