Correspondence (Communication) definition

Correspondence (Communication) means any written or digital communication in the form of a letter, media release, bulletin, postcard, greeting card or email addressed to Council that directly relates to County services or a matter of shared interest to the Northumberland County Community or Member Municipalities.
Correspondence (Communication) means any written or digital communication in the form of a letter, media release, bulletin, postcard or email addressed to Council that directly relates to City services or a matter of shared interest to the Kawartha Lakes Community.
Correspondence (Communication) means any written or digital communication in the form of a letter, media release, bulletin, postcard or email addressed to Council that directly relates to Dysart et al municipal services or a matter of shared interest to the Dysart et al community.

  • All parties hereto agree that: before the notary authority issues the certificate of execution, it shall be entitled to verify the relevant facts of breach by the Borrower such as objection to satisfy or improper satisfaction of the debts in any one or several ways such as mail, telephone, fax, E-mail, short message, We-chat, QQ, personal delivery and interview based on the clause of “Document Correspondence, Communication and Notice” as agreed herein.

  • If it is verified by telephone or face-to-face talk, it shall be deemed to have been served at the end of the talk or call; if it is verified by post, fax, E-mail, SMS, WeChat, QQ, personal delivery and other measures, the service date should be in accordance with the article of Document Correspondence, Communication and Notice.

  • Both parties agree: prior to the issuance of an enforcement certificate, notarization institutions have the right to use one or more measures of communication, including post, telephone, fax, E-mail, SMS, WeChat, QQ, personal delivery and face-to-face talk, to verify the Borrower’s non-performance or improper performance of indebtedness and other breaches in accordance with the article of Document Correspondence, Communication and Notice stipulated in this Contract.

  • If phone call or interview is adopted for verification, it will be deemed to have been served immediately after the interview or call ends; if post, fax, email, mobile phone message, WeChat, QQ, personal delivery or the like is used for verification, agreements in "Correspondence, Communication and Notices" of the contract shall be executed for date of service.

  • All parties agree that before the notary office issues the execution certificate, it shall have the right to verify the relevant default facts such as the Borrower’s non-performance or improper performance of the debt by any one or more methods such as mailing, telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS, WeChat, QQ, personal delivery and interview, in accordance with the terms of “Document Correspondence, Communication and Notice” as agreed in the contract.

  • If it is verified by telephone or interview, the interview or call will be deemed as delivery upon completion; If it is verified by mail, fax, e-mail, SMS, WeChat, QQ, and personal delivery, the delivery date shall be subject to the terms and conditions of “Document Correspondence, Communication and Notice” in the Contract.

Related to Correspondence (Communication)

  • Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.

  • Wire communication means any aural transfer made in whole or in part through the use of facilities for the transmission of communications by the aid of wire, cable, or other like connection between the point of origin and the point of reception (including the use of such connection in a switching station) furnished or operated by any person engaged in providing or operating such facilities for the transmission of interstate or foreign communications or communications affecting interstate or foreign commerce;

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Correspondence means any written and/or electronic communication exchanged between two or more parties;
