Corrective Maintenance Services has the meaning set out in clause 2.3 of these Conditions. ‘Customer’ – means the person, body or company who contracted for the provision of the Scheduled Maintenance Services. ‘Renewal Period’ – means each successive 12 month period (or other period specified in the Schedule of Cover) after the Initial Term for which the Agreement is renewed in accordance with clause 7.1 of these Conditions.

Corrective Maintenance Services means any and all Maintenance Services which are necessary in order to provide Maintenance Releases for the rectification of Defects that the Customer and/or Customers have noticed to the Provider in the form of a Support Request, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Preventive Maintenance Services, Adaptive Maintenance Services or Perfective Maintenance Services.
