Corrective Action Plans. DJS shall develop and implement policies and procedures as necessary to address problems that are uncovered during the course of its quality assurance activities. The State shall develop and implement corrective actions plans to address these problems. Status Given the agency‐level focus of this provision, a single compliance rating is offered. Examples of Corrective Action Plans in a sentence

  • For Customer-requested Corrective Action Plans, if the corrective action plan is unacceptable to the Customer, or implementation of the plan fails to remedy the performance deficiencies, the Customer will retain ten percent (10%) of the total invoice amount.

  • All Corrective Action Plans must be submitted to the Commission, but the Commission will not evaluate the quality of, or approve, the plan.
