Corporation Yard is that certain real property owned by the City, commonly known as 2157 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard, ▇▇▇▇ City, and further described as San Mateo County Assessor’s Parcel No. ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇. The Corporation Yard is adjacent to the Parking Area, to the south.

  • No less than once each year, each shift (including days off) within each section of the Water Supply and Treatment Division (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Water Treatment Plant, Sunol Water Treatment Plant and the Millbrae Corporation Yard) shall be open to bid.

  • An employee whose lunch or break period begins at a work location other than the Corporation Yard may use the job site Town vehicle to go to lunch or obtain food.

  • The Union shall have the right to use the Corporation Yard Bulletin Board and employee mailboxes for posting and distribution of Union materials.

  • The regular work hours shall be 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., provided however that those employees who are required to consume their lunch at a location other than the City’s Corporation Yard, shall not be required to take a lunch period in excess of one-half (½) hour’s duration.

  • The Union shall be provided use of adequate and accessible space on bulletin boards for communications at the following locations: City Hall, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Corporation Yard, Recreation offices, and any new work sites agreed upon by the City and Union.

  • The residency requirement for standby personnel shall include those individuals who live within a sixty (60) minute travel distance from the Corporation Yard.
