Corporation Technology definition

Corporation Technology means any and all Technology that exists as of the Effective Date and that, immediately prior to the Effective Date, is owned by Motorola or any of its Affiliates, including any of its business units and divisions. The term includes any and all Technology owned or controlled by any Motorola Affiliates under which Motorola or any of its Affiliates has the right to grant any of the assignments of the type and on the terms granted in this Agreement.
Corporation Technology means all Technology used or proposed to be used in, or necessary to, the business of the Corporation as currently conducted or as currently contemplated by the Corporation, whether owned or controlled, licenced or otherwise held by or for the benefit of the Corporation.
Corporation Technology means and includes all Patents, data, materials, formulas, know-how, trade secrets, process information, clinical data, trademarks, copyrights, computer software and/or program(s), marketing and demographic information, promotional materials and any and all other information or technology necessary or useful for Diagnostic Services and/or Diagnostic Products and Controlled by the Corporation.

Corporation Technology means all inventions, discoveries, improvements, documents, drawings, designs, specifications, notebooks, tracings, photographs, negatives, reports, findings, recommendations, data and memoranda of every description, including material maintained in any form or medium, concepts, ideas, methods, methodologies, procedures, processes, know-how and techniques (including without limitation, function, process, system and data models); templates, the generalized features of the structure, sequence and organization of software, user interfaces and screen designs; general purpose consulting and software tools, utilities and routines; and logic, coherence and methods of operation or systems (whether or not patentable, or copyrightable) owned by, or licensed to the Corporation or to which the Corporation otherwise has rights to use or possess.
