Corporate Users means those users located at a Central or Full Support Site as their primary work location and eligible to receive the Services as part of the scope of the Agreement, as further classified by the Resource Unit definitions set forth in Table C.14 (Definitions).

Should the Bank be of the opinion that the Customer, Corporate Administrator, and/or Corporate User in any way breach these Terms and Conditions, the Bank shall have the right to, with reasonable post notiﬁcation (if possible), suspend or terminate the use of the Service by the Customer and/or anyone or more of the Customer's Corporate Users.
