Corporate Threshold definition
Corporate Threshold means a minimum level of performance, determined for the Company and its Subsidiaries for a Plan Year on a consolidated basis, which must be attained for any Awards for such Plan Year to be made pursuant to the Plan.
Corporate Threshold means, for any Fiscal Year, the minimum level of Earnings that must be realized by the Company for the Fiscal Year in order to establish an Annual Incentive Pool for that Fiscal Year, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 5.2 below.
Corporate Threshold means the predetermined level of annual corporate financial performance that the Committee shall establish each Plan Year. When actual performance falls below the Corporate Threshold, no awards will be paid pursuant to the Plan.
