In the event one or more new Milestones or one of the existing Scientific Platforms or Corporate Target should be altered or discontinued by the Corporation, the parties further acknowledge that the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall have the power and discretion to vest, substitute or cancel any or all of the options allocated to existing Milestones.
