Corporate Subscription definition

Corporate Subscription means a Subscription for unlimited Authorised Users;
Corporate Subscription means an agreement negotiated separately to these Terms for the provision of Services to a group of Users;
Corporate Subscription means single or multiple subscription(s) to the Services purchased by a corporate entity pursuant to an Order Form.

More Definitions of Corporate Subscription

Corporate Subscription means a subscription for membership for all persons employed or engaged by their professional services Firm from time to time. A person who is employed or engaged in a role within the Firm that meets the Eligible Person definition will be eligible to be a Member of the Company. A person employed or engaged by the Firm but who does not meet the definition of Eligible Person will be known as an “Affiliate Member”, as defined in this Constitution.

Related to Corporate Subscription

  • PIPE Subscription Agreements has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
