Corporate Structure Chart means the corporate structure chart in the agreed form prepared by the Company and dated on or about the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, describing the ownership structure of the Group and the Sponsor Group Shareholders, certain of the Group’s assets (including the Subconcession, the Projects and the Mocha Slot Business) as at the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date and addressed to and capable of being relied upon by the Finance Parties.

Corporate Structure Chart means the corporate structure of the Credit Parties and the other information contemplated by Section 10.14 and to be delivered to the Lenders pursuant to Section 8.1(a)(iv).

The Corporate Structure Chart delivered to the Lenders concurrently with the execution of this Agreement indicates (a) the jurisdiction of organization of each Credit Party, (b) each Person holding ownership interests in such party, (c) the nature of the ownership interests held by each such Person and the percentage of ownership of such party represented by such ownership interests, and (d) the exact name and any predecessor name of each Credit Party.

Corporate Structure Chart means the corporate structure of the Credit Parties and the other information contemplated by Section 11.14 and to be delivered to the Lenders pursuant to section 9.1 (b)(v);
