Corporate Stores definition

Corporate Stores has the meaning ascribed thereto in recital A;
Corporate Stores shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Corporate Stores means as defined in Section 1.1(a)(xv).

  • All employees at or related to the Facilities, or relating to the D▇▇▇▇▇ or Syracuse divisions or the Corporate Stores, or relating to the Retail Accounting Personnel or the Corporate Division Personnel or otherwise employed by the Seller Companies, with the exception of the Hired Wholesale Employees (collectively, the “Penn Traffic Employees”), are and will continue to be the employees solely of one of the Seller Companies, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Related to Corporate Stores

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/ or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC as may be amended from time to time;
