corporate statement means a statement, which may take the form of a written document signed by or on behalf of the undertaking or be made orally, containing presentation to the Agency of the undertaking's knowledge of a cartel and its role and participation therein. Statement relating to the alleged cartel must be made by a responsible person of the undertaking – party to a cartel or by its legal representative.
