Corporate Reporting Data definition

Corporate Reporting Data means the financial data and other information, data requirements and all statistical information necessary or appropriate for inclusion in any Genworth earnings press release, investor presentations or any financial statements, Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations (MD&A), Annual Report (A/R) submissions or other public filing required to be made by Genworth, along with appropriate supporting documentation.
Corporate Reporting Data means the Corporate Data Repository (CDR) submissions and data requirements, the Data Request (DR) and Web Reporting Interface (WRI) submissions and data requirements, and the Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) and Annual Report (A/R) submissions and data requirements, as set forth in detail on Schedules 4.1 and 4.2(a) and (b).
Corporate Reporting Data means the data necessary to provide GE the ability to apply the equity method of accounting (including consolidated trial balance data supporting balance sheet, statement of operations, members equity, comprehensive income accounts and reasonable mapping information with respect thereto) with respect to its investment in the Company.

Examples of Corporate Reporting Data in a sentence

  • The Company shall deliver the financial data and schedules comprising such Corporate Reporting Data no later than (i) fifteen (15) days after the end of the fiscal quarter for financial data and (ii) consistent with the timelines established in the detailed task calendar for reporting for other Corporate Reporting Data unless Genworth notifies the Company otherwise.

  • The Corporate Reporting Data shall include all statistical information reasonably necessary for inclusion in any Genworth Group member’s annual earnings press release, along with reasonably appropriate supporting documentation.

  • The Company shall deliver the financial data and schedules comprising such Corporate Reporting Data no later than (i) fifteen (15) days after the end of the fiscal year for financial data and (ii) consistent with the timelines established in the detailed task calendar for reporting for other Corporate Reporting Data unless Genworth notifies the Company otherwise.

  • The Corporate Reporting Data shall include a discussion and analysis by management of Genworth’s and its Subsidiaries’ consolidated financial condition and results of operations for the requisite quarters, including, without limitation, an explanation of any material adverse change, all in reasonable detail and prepared in accordance with Item 303(b) of Regulation S-K.

  • The Corporate Reporting Data shall include all statistical information necessary for inclusion in any GE Group member’s quarterly earnings press release, along with appropriate supporting documentation.

  • The Corporate Reporting Data set forth on Schedule 7.1(a) may be amended or modified by the applicable member(s) of the Rio Tinto Group as necessary or advisable from time to time as set forth in Section 7.1(b) below, including as may be necessary or appropriate for any member of the Rio Tinto Group to account for its investment in CPE and CPE LLC on a consolidated basis.

  • Group utilizes, wherever available, the credit ratings assigned by the SBP recognized ECAIs, viz.

  • The Corporate Reporting Data shall include all statistical information reasonably necessary for inclusion in any GE Group member’s quarterly earnings press release, along with reasonably appropriate supporting documentation.


More Definitions of Corporate Reporting Data

Corporate Reporting Data means the submissions and data requirements as set forth in detail on Schedule 7.1(a), as such schedule may be amended by the Rio Tinto Group from time to time as set forth in Section 7.1(a).

Related to Corporate Reporting Data

  • Reporting Material means all Material which the Grantee is required to provide to the Commonwealth for reporting purposes as specified in the Grant Details and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Reporting Material.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Accounting Information means the annual audited consolidated financial statements or, as the case may be, the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements, each in respect of the Borrower and the Group, to be provided by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with Clause 11.6.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Reporting Party means any person who alleges that a student has violated this Code.

  • Required Financial Information means, with respect to each fiscal period or quarter of the Borrower, (a) the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) for such fiscal period or quarter of the Parent REIT, and (b) the Compliance Certificate required by Section 6.02(a) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (a) above.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Annual Information means the information specified in Section 3 hereof. “EMMA” shall mean the Electronic Municipal Market Access System

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • Consumer reporting agency means any person that, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages in whole or in part in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information concerning consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer credit reports to third parties.

  • Form, fit, and function data means technical data that describes the required overall physical, functional, and performance characteristics (along with the qualification requirements, if applicable) of an item, component, or process to the extent necessary to permit identification of physically and functionally interchangeable items.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.
