Corporate Rates means the corporate U.S. federal and state income tax rates imposed by Section 11 of the Code or, if 4(v) below applies, Section 55, and by the equivalent provisions of state income tax law (based on the assumption that all the payments are subject to state tax in __________ and no other state.)

Examples of Corporate Rates in a sentence

  • Should the Account’s actualized room nights fall below the Room Night Minimum, the Account may no longer qualify for a volume discount and Hotel may either adjust the Corporate Rates or terminate this Agreement.

  • The revised Corporate Rates shall apply as from the day specified in the HOTEL’s notice to the COMPANY, to existing reservation and all future reservations.

  • The Corporate Rates, along with any additional special concessions, will apply as follows: The Corporate Rates established in this Agreement apply to transient travelers only, and are not applicable to groups that require ten (10) or more rooms on peak night(s).

  • If official government or local authorities imposed taxes and/or service charges included in the Corporate Rates change during the duration of this Agreement, the Corporate Rates will change accordingly and the revised Corporate Rates will be notified to the COMPANY in writing by the HOTEL.

  • The Corporate Rates quoted are contingent on a minimum of 100 revenue-producing room nights occupied by the Account during the Initial Term and during any subsequent Renewal Term (the “Room Night Minimum”).

  • Account Guests must be identified as Account Guests that wish to use the Corporate Rates for business travel at the time of reservation.

  • Additional supplemental charges will be applied to the Corporate Rates, when reservations occur during city event dates.

  • If at any time after the first three (3) months from the date of this Agreement the room night production is less than the Projected Production, the HOTEL shall be entitled to revise the Corporate Rates at its own discretion, subject to prior notice to the COMPANY.
