Corporate Procurement Unit (CPU) definition

Corporate Procurement Unit (CPU) means the team of officers within the Council’s Corporate and Housing Services responsible for developing best practice procurement guidance and providing professional procurement advice and support across the Council.

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the unit to be established in accordance with Article 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and whose responsibilities are set out in Part A.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Unit Capital means the aggregate of the face value of units issued under the scheme and outstanding for the time being.

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • e-Procurement means the use of information and communication technology (especially the internet) by the Procuring Entity in conducting its procurement processes with bidders for the acquisition of goods (supplies), works and services with the aim of open, non discriminatory and efficient procurement through transparent procedures;
