Corporate Performance definition

Corporate Performance means the Committee’s determination of the percentage achievement of the annual Corporate Objectives, after adjustment, if any, in the discretion of the Committee.
Corporate Performance means The Banc Corporation's specific achievements during a Plan Year compared to designated corporate objectives established by the Compensation Committee.

  • At the beginning of each applicable performance period, the Compensation Committee will determine whether any significant element(s) will be included in or excluded from the calculation of any Corporate Performance Goal with respect to any Covered Executive.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Agreement means an agreement between an HSP and its CEO that requires the CEO to perform in a manner that enables the HSP to achieve the terms of this Agreement and any additional performance improvement targets set out in the HSP’s annual quality improvement plan under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010;
