Corporate Governance Framework means a code of practice for a board of directors to ensure that the board of directors recognizes and understands its roles, duties and responsibilities as a leader of the organization, which must maintain corporate governance by which a company is directed in order to generate long-term positive operating results, ensure reliability, and create sustainable value for the company. The code of practice consists of developing business strategies, directions, and policies for the company, establishing an efficient checks-and-balances mechanism, and monitoring corporate compliance of the company on a regular basis;
