For purposes of this Section, "corporation" shall include a limited liability company ("LLC") and "shareholders" shall include a member of the LLC and "Corporate Designee" shall include a LLC Designee.
Provided, however, if Operator has, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement, designated a successor-in-interest who qualifies as a franchisee, this Agreement shall not be deemed to have terminated in the event of the death of the Corporate Designee or any shareholder.
