Corporate Designee definition

Corporate Designee means an individual designated as the person entitled to enjoy the rights of membership attributable to a membership in the Society held by a corporation or a partnership pursuant to Section 2.05.

Examples of Corporate Designee in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section, "corporation" shall include a limited liability company ("LLC") and "shareholders" shall include a member of the LLC and "Corporate Designee" shall include a LLC Designee.

  • Provided, however, if Operator has, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement, designated a successor-in-interest who qualifies as a franchisee, this Agreement shall not be deemed to have terminated in the event of the death of the Corporate Designee or any shareholder.

  • This Agreement has been duly authorized by Corporation and the Corporate Designee (or Single Shareholder), as the person executing this Agreement, has specific authority to execute this agreement on behalf of Corporation.
