Corning Group definition
Corning Group means the affiliated group of corporations as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code of which Corning (or any successor thereto) is the common parent, excluding for tax periods of the Corning Group commencing subsequent to the Distribution Date, CCL and the other members of the CCL Group and Covance and other members of the Covance Group.
Corning Group has the meaning set forth in the Tax Matters Agreement.
Corning Group means Corning and each of its Affiliates.
