CORIO SERVICES definition
CORIO SERVICES means the hosting services offered by Corio to its Customers in which Corio allows Customers to access the Corio Servers.
CORIO SERVICES means (i) Corio ASP Hosting Services (as defined in Section 4.1(b); and (ii) the Corio Technical Support Services (as defined in Section 1.8 below). The hosting and support services that comprise the Corio Services offered to future Customers may be changed or abandoned (subject to ongoing contractual relationships with third parties) or added to by Corio, in its sole discretion upon 30 days' prior written notice to EYC; provided, however, Corio shall not add any services that are set forth on EXHIBIT G without EYC's prior written consent.
