Core Work definition

Core Work means "core work" as defined in clause 8.2.6 of the WAPA, as well as above ground tower assembly and erection work. Consequential Loss means loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or reputation and any other loss, not arising naturally from the relevant breach. Data Breach has the meaning given in any applicable Privacy Legislation as it relates to Powerlink Personal Information.

Examples of Core Work in a sentence

  • As part of this process, and in order to facilitate the contract administration procedures, as well as appropriate benefit fund coverage, all contractors shall require their "Core Work Force" and any other persons employed, other than through the referral process, to register with the appropriate hiring hall, if any, of the signatory union prior to said employee's first day of employment at the project site.

More Definitions of Core Work

Core Work means the design, engineering, conversion, construction, procurement, fabrication, pre-commissioning, classification, transit, mooring, installation and connection to the Feed Gas supply pipeline at the Feed Gas Receipt Point, testing, commissioning, operations readiness and, at the end of the Lease Period, demobilisation of the FLNG Facility and for the purposes of this Agreement shall include the PA Work even if the same work was performed by or on behalf of GLNG under the Preliminary Agreement. "Co-venturers" means the Block C8 Owners and the Saint Louis Offshore Profond Block Owners as parties to the UUOA.
