Core Wireless definition
Core Wireless means the Company’s monthly voice service and excludes Broadband and Pay-As-You-Go.
Examples of Core Wireless in a sentence
Section 5.1(u) of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of June 30, 2013, (i) the total number of mobile telephone numbers maintained by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and assigned to an end user of the mobile wireless voice or data services of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries who thereby obtains mobile voice or data services (“Subscribers”), and (ii) the total number of Subscribers that are (A) Broadband, (B) Pay-As-You-Go and (C) Core Wireless, consistent with past practices.
