Examples of Core Support Services in a sentence

  • Receiving Area Responsibilities: Please refer to Section 4 for general responsibilities for IT Core Support Services.

  • The Core Support Services described in this section are the only services that Synopsys makes available for the Core Software, and no other warranties or support and maintenance services apply.

  • The Customer shall be provided with the services which may include the Software, Software Services, , Core Support Services, On Premise Software Support Services, On Premise Managed Service, Professional Services and any other service referred to in this Agreement (as appropriate) (collectively "Services", as the context requires).

  • Within Semestry, Core Support Services are delivered via three- levels: • First line support.

  • Services for any ineligible Appliances and/or ineligible Software Programs, any earlier versions of the Software Programs, customized Software Programs or for other services not covered under the Core Support Services policy may be obtained at Core’s then-current rates, terms and conditions.

  • If you wish to continue receiving Core Support Services after the 6 month period following the initial delivery of the Core Software, you must separately purchase extended Core Support Services from Synopsys for an additional fee pursuant to an accepted purchase order.

  • Support Hours / Support Days The Working Hours / Working Days as set out on the Front Sheet when the Core Support Services will be provided (“Support Hours”).

  • Services for any ineligible Appliances and/or ineligible Software Programs, any earlier versions of the Software Programs, customized Software Programs or for other services not covered under the Core Support Services policy may be obtained at Core's then-current rates, terms and conditions.

  • Access to Core Support Services Core Support Services are accessed via Semestry’s Service Desk, either by email (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) or the Self-Service Tools.

  • Access to Core Support Services Core Support Services are accessed via Tribal’s Service Desk using Self Service Tools.
