Core Skill. Program means Skill Training in domain skill courses prescribed in the list of Qualification Packs (QPs) of Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or domain skill courses prescribed by any other body recognised or approved by BSDM. “Knowledge Framework” means a dynamic portal for all the Skilling Programs having attributes broadly outlined but not limited to the details provided in the TOR of this RFP. “SSC” means Sector Skill Council “NSDC” means National Skill Development Corporation “FRS” means Functional Requirement specification document “SRS” means System Requirement specification document “LMS (Learning management system) / Virtual e-Content delivery system” means a software tool that allows you to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs.
