Core Skill. Program means Skill Training in domain skill courses prescribed in the list of Qualification Packs (QPs) of Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or domain skill courses prescribed by any other body recognised or approved by BSDM. “Knowledge Framework” means a dynamic portal for all the Skilling Programs having attributes broadly outlined but not limited to the details provided in the TOR of this RFP. “SSC” means Sector Skill Council “NSDC” means National Skill Development Corporation “FRS” means Functional Requirement specification document “SRS” means System Requirement specification document “LMS (Learning management system) / Virtual e-Content delivery system” means a software tool that allows you to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs. Contract value –Contract value to be calculated as = Lumpsum quote for component C1 + Lumpsum quote for component C2A + Lumpsum quote for component C3 + Component C2B calculated value (Per page quote * 800000 candidates * 720 pages per candidate * 5 years) + C4 calculated value (Total monthly manpower quote summation * 60 months) 1.
