Core Services Package definition
Core Services Package means the minimum services which must be included in a community prenatal, newborn and infant health care service delivery plan and should include prenatal and postnatal care, outreach, prenatal risk assessment, home visiting, nutrition, case management, comprehensive infant health services, family planning, substance abuse treatment, and childbirth and parenting education and referrals to other programs for additional services as needed.
