Core Server definition

Core Server. A central monitoring unit for the installation of the Software, providing storage and processing facilities for the monitoring of data, transmission of notifications, license administration and webserver functionality.
Core Server means any computer or server within the possession and control of Authorized User on which any LANDesk Program is installed and which manages one or more Nodes pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Core Server in a sentence

  • The Licensee must in each case acquire one additional individual Core Server license for each two additional Cluster Nodes beyond the scope of the applicable license.

  • Software that is installed in a network segment and that collects monitoring data and transmits them to the Core Server.

  • A Core Server that permanently assumes the Master role in a Cluster.

  • Core CALs (acquired standalone or as part of a platform) Core Server Platform Academic Unlimited Licenses for all editions of the corresponding server Products, and associated external connectors.

  • As soon as these functions are used in a PRTG interface (including our apps), or via the API, the PRTG Core Server will connect to external infrastructure that is owned by Paessler without any further query.

  • However, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, there is no buy-out option for SQL Server Platform, Core Server Platform and Enterprise Server Products.

  • The use rights of Core Server Platform, Enterprise Server Platform and the SQL Server Platform are inherited from the component server Products listed in table below or their successor products (as applicable).

Related to Core Server

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.
