Core Properties definition

Core Properties means, collectively, all of the properties identified on Exhibit O attached hereto.

More Definitions of Core Properties

Core Properties means any Cellular System owned by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which is proposed to be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred in a transaction in which such Cellular System would generate Net Proceeds in excess of $10,000,000.
