Core Positions definition

Core Positions means the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
Core Positions means, collectively, the employment positions which are defined as “Key Employeesfrom time to time under the Lottery Facility Management Contract and, whether or not included therein, the positions listed in Exhibit F attached hereto.

Examples of Core Positions in a sentence

  • Prior to making a recommendation as to the hiring of any employees in any of the Core Positions, Manager shall deliver to the Enterprise the candidate’s resume and any other information reasonably requested by the Enterprise, including background check information, and shall provide the Enterprise with an opportunity to interview such person, if requested by the Enterprise.

  • In order of seniority, employees have to bid on one of the following positions: Core Bartender A – Day shift Core Bartender A – Night shift Core Bartender A – Overnight shift Core Bartender B – Day shift Core Bartender B – Night shift Core Bartender B – Overnight shift Core Server A – Day shift Core Server A – Night shift Core Server B – Day shift Core Server B – Night Shift Floater Once all Core Positions are filled, all remaining employees shall be considered Floaters.
