Core Platform definition

Core Platform means the adCenter advertising platform and database for Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services (and any enhancements and improvements thereto related in the Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services, or if adCenter is no longer the principal platform for Microsoft’s Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services, such substitute platform(s) in addition to adCenter at Yahoo!’s discretion. For avoidance of doubt, modules and enhancements to this system that solely support services other than Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services (e.g., display ad platform functions) are excluded from the Core Platform.
Core Platform. The Core Platform includes the base component and functionality without state specific configurations.

Core Platform means the VoiceXML Interpreter component and any professional services related to the installation, configuration and training for the VoiceXML Interpreter.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
