Re-Operation definition
Re-Operation means the controlled overdraft of the Basin by the managed withdrawal of groundwater Production for the Desalters and the potential increase in the cumulative un-replenished Production from 200,000 acre-feet authorized by paragraph 3 of the Engineering Appendix Exhibit I to the Judgment, to 600,000 acre-feet for the express purpose of securing and maintaining Hydraulic Control as a component of the Physical Solution.
