Core Offer definition

Core Offer. The Core Offer is the services provided by the Contractor’s central core team and is built around the Client’s individual needs covering Education, Business and Governance. Words denoting an obligation on a party to do any act, matter or thing include an obligation to procure that it be done and words placing a party under a restriction include an obligation not to cause permit or allow infringement of the restriction. All parties will comply with all applicable Laws, regulations, policies and practices in the provision of the Services under this Agreement including, by way of example only, the Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

Examples of Core Offer in a sentence

  • Before agreeing to the Provider’s Annual Core Offer BHCC will check that the details on the form comply with this Agreement.

  • Where any issues relating to the Annual Core Offer form submitted arise BHCC will raise with the Provider to resolve before agreeing to fund the Provider to offer EYFE.

  • BHCC will work with providers, including reviewing Annual Core Offer forms submitted, to ensure that completely free and standalone EYFE places (see Section 5.2) are offered and in sufficient numbers in the city, and will seek to ensure that providers engage collaboratively and constructively with BHCC to achieve this objective.

  • BHCC may consider this matter further with the Provider in its review of the Provider’s proposed Annual Core Offer form and accompanying documentation and may suggest alterations to meet the objective.

  • NHS Enfield CCG (through its Core Offer) is responsible for making the payment to the GP Practices on a quarterly basis following confirmation from the Council that the service has been received and the required level of performance has been met.

  • By submitting and signing (as outlined in Section 1.1) the Annual Core Offer form the Provider agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and to provide EYFE as set out in their Annual Core Offer form as a condition of EYFE funding from BHCC.

  • NHS Enfield CCG will then arrange for payment to be made via the National Commissioning Board within 30 days of the end of each quarter, under NHS Enfield CCG’s Core Offer.

  • A termly Governor Development Meeting and Annual Governor Conference are provided as part of the DSA Core Offer.

  • The Contractor shall work in line with the Contractor’s Core Offer detailed within the Scheme of Delegation.

  • The Service’s Executive Team have also been consulted on this approach Complaints or disputes about the delivery of the service under the terms of this Core Offer may be raised at any time.
