Core List definition

Core List means the list of items set out at Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3 that are available to purchase under this Framework Agreement
Core List shall refer to the list of approximately 300 high volume products that NYS has historically purchased. Executive Agencies are encouraged to purchase from the Core List of this Contract, however if a desired product is offered by a Preferred Source, Executive Agencies are required to purchase from such Preferred Source.
Core List. The Core List set forth in Exhibit B-1 represents ___% of the total amount of all purchases by the University from the Supplier in any given twelve (12) month period. Core List Goods are subject to a discount (the “Core List Discount”) that is the lesser of (i) the net prices/discounts listed for such Core List Goods or (ii) Punch Out offerings as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. All prices listed in the Core List are fixed through the first twelve (12) months of the term of this Agreement, subject only to additional discounts as may be available for any Core List Goods. The Supplier and University shall review the Core List on an annual basis to adjust the Core List Goods and the Core List Discount based on University’s purchase patterns for the preceding twelve (12) months.

Examples of Core List in a sentence

  • The prices for Core List Items, excluding Premium Products, may be updated biannually on August 1st and February 1st of each year during the term that this contract in effect.

  • Vendor may request a price change adjustment for Core List items by submitting a price change addendum to Sourcewell thirty (30) days prior to August 1st and February 1st to reflect changes in stock availability, market conditions, buying expense, tariffs and other factors that affect the overall cost of such items.

  • Direct ordering without a further competition is permitted to be used by Contracting Authorities for low value orders (up to a maximum of £20,000) for Goods and/or Services available from the Core List, or for continuity purposes where only one Supplier can meet a Contracting Authority’s Goods and/or Services Requirements.

  • For purposes of contract management, Vendor may provide to Sourcewell an updated report no more than once a calendar quarter, which shall identify the SKU numbers and prices for the new items that Vendor and Sourcewell have added, as well as SKU numbers for items that have been removed from the from the Core List.

More Definitions of Core List

Core List means the list of materials contained within the Contract Documents, including ‘van stock’, ‘stock’ and ‘non-stock’ items, as may be varied by written agreement of the Parties from time to time;

Related to Core List

  • Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
