Core Land definition

Core Land means Land required for, or in connection with, the construction aspects of the Core Programme;
Core Land has the meaning assigned to the term “core land” in the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
Core Land means the bare minimum land required for laying of permanent way as per preliminary assessment by the Authority and marked in alignment plans mentioned in Schedule-A;

Examples of Core Land in a sentence

  • The SoS shall be the long-term owner of the freehold interest in the Core Land and the Additional Land.

  • HS2 Ltd shall consult with the SoS before the disposal of any Core Land, Management Land, Additional Land or O&M Land acquired and owned by the SoS and comply with the Crichel Down Rules or any other policies which may be introduced.

  • The Contractor covenants and agrees that it will operate and manage the Land Surveys Directory and perform the Core Land Surveys Directory Services, the Legacy Ancillary Land Surveys Directory Services and the other Included Land Surveys Directory Services throughout the Term and any Transition Period to a standard and level of perfOlmance which meet or exceed the Service Levels.

  • The SoS (but only for so long as he/she is the (legal and/or beneficial) owner of the Core Land) will grant to HS2 Ltd a licence, together with the right to sub-license to the Delivery Contractors, other contractors and/or consultants, to use all Core Land once vacant possession of that Land is required by HS2 Ltd to discharge its obligations and exercise its rights in respect of the construction and related aspects of the Core Programme and comply with any and all of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • In accordance with Article 20 (Registry Fees) of the Master Service Agreement, the maximum Land Surveys Directory Fees that the Contractor may charge to Customers for Core Land Surveys Directory Services are set out in Schedule "C".

Related to Core Land

  • Open space land means (a) any land area so designated by an

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Undeveloped Land means raw land that has not been filled to grade or been permitted for development.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.
