Core FFO Per Share Growth definition

Core FFO Per Share Growth is calculated as the Core FFO per share of the last year of the Performance Period (or pro-rated portion of the Performance period in the event of a Change in Control) divided by the Core FFO per share of the full year preceding the beginning of the Performance Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the share count used to calculate the Company’s Core FFO Per Share Growth will include all outstanding Stock and vested non-controlling interests convertible into Stock but will exclude any shares or non-controlling interests issued pursuant to the earnout provisions of the Definitive Contribution Agreement, dated May 18, 2017, between the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Limited Partnership, as amended.
Core FFO Per Share Growth means (i) the sum of Annual Core FFO Per Share Growth for each calendar year during the Performance Period, divided by (ii) three (3).
Core FFO Per Share Growth is calculated as the Core FFO per share of the preceding four fiscal quarters of the Performance Period (or pro-rated portion of the Performance Period in the event of a Measurement Date prior to the last day of the Performance Period) divided by the Core FFO per share of the full four fiscal quarter period preceding the beginning of the Performance Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the share count used to calculate the Company’s Core FFO Per Share Growth will include all outstanding Common Stock and vested non-controlling interests convertible into Common Stock but will exclude any shares or non-controlling interests issued pursuant to the earnout provisions of the Definitive Contribution Agreement, dated May 18, 2017, between the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Limited Partnership.
